CaneLink Access Forms

These forms are used to request new or a change in an employee's security role access in CaneLink. To download the form(s), click the link below, complete the form(s), and email the completed form(s) to help@miami.edu using your UM email account.

Important Note:

You must submit a separate form for each user and module you wish to request access for within CaneLink.
